菜單製作方式

• 食材:
  漢堡
  西生菜
  玉米粉
  馬鈴薯粉
  蟹肉
  黃芥末
  洋蔥末
   
  Ingredient:
  burger, lettuce, corn flour, potato flour, crabmeat, mustard and chopped onions
• 料理方式:

  1、玉米粉、馬鈴薯粉、蟹肉加在一起，做成漢堡肉的型狀

       Stir crabmeat with corn and potato flour. Then shape a burger patty.

  2、再把鹽、胡椒加入，然後拌入炒熟的洋蔥末去塑型煎至金黃狀

       Add salt, pepper and stir-fried onions. Fry the patty to brown properly.

  3、夾入漢堡中加上黃芥茉等調味，即可。

       Put the patty into the burger and add mustard.
