麻辣香蟹鍋

食材:
藍鑽蟹:2隻青花菜:5小朵紅辣椒:4根乾辣椒:2兩火鍋料:200g蒜頭:3顆青蔥:2根五香粉:適量孜然粉:適量辣豆瓣:適量Ingredients:2 blue swimming crabs, 5 Sprouting Brocoli, 4 chilies, 75g dried chilies, 200g hot pot ingredients, 3 garlics, 2 spring onions, moderate 5-spice powder,cumin powder and broad bean paste.

料理方式:
1、把蟹洗淨、剁塊、炸好、備用
Clean crabs and chop. After deep fry the crabs, put it aside.
2、起油鍋,將薑、蔥、蒜爆香,再加入乾辣椒炒香後再加入紅辣椒段
Heat the wok, stir fry gingers, spring onions and garlics. Add dried chilies and stir fry, then add chilies.
3、將火鍋料煮熟加入鍋中,小火慢炒
Add hot pot ingredients and simmer.
4、把蟹塊與青花下鍋續炒
Add crab chops and sprouting brocoli, then stir fry.
5、起鍋前加入適量五香粉、孜然粉、辣豆瓣,拌勻裝盤上菜
Add moderate 5-spice powder,cumin powder and broad bean paste before serving.
