藍鑽蟹:1隻魷魚乾:半隻(剪成絲)鮮香菇、金針菇、南瓜片、青花菜、凍豆腐、高麗菜、牛番茄、山藥、高湯、洋蔥:適量Ingredient:1 blue swimming crab, fresh shiitake, sliced pumpkin, sprouting brocoli, frozen tofu, cabbage, beef tomato, Chinese yam, stock, onion, and shred half dried squid.

料理方式:
將洋蔥、魷魚乾炒過後,倒灌頭高湯加熱,依序放下食材煮熟即可。
Stir fry onions, dried squid, pour stock. Then add other ingredients until they are cooked through.
